Hal and Falstaff

Plucked from the pages of William Shakespeare’s unique take on the English throne, The Scullions present Hal and Falstaff

The unlikely friendship that sculpted a king. Henry IV the deposer, wears the hollow crown and rebellion hangs in the air. As the country moves closer to war, pressure builds upon a young Prince of Wales to leave behind a life of delinquency that has ever been fuelled by the mischievous antics of his best friend, the pocket-picking, sack-drinking, misuser of the truth: Sir John Falstaff. Can Hal ever leave the tavern behind? Can he step up to the plate and become the king he is destined to be? Not if Falstaff has anything to say about it!
